1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Shhh ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Shhh is a zero-knowledge secrets vault and password manager. We provide a platform for you to securely encrypt, store, and manage sensitive information. Because we use a zero-knowledge architecture, you are solely responsible for the master keys (derived from your authentication methods) used to encrypt and decrypt your data.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) methods associated with it.
  • If you lose access to your Google account and backup authentication methods, we cannot recover your encrypted data.
  • You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shhh and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
